01. Why do some items take longer to ship than others?

     Most of our items are shipped in a matter of days. However; some lamps and fixtures are not made until the order is processed.

02. Do you make all the lighting at your plant?

     No. We have an affiliate aggreement with more than a dozen supplyers. This allows us to serve your every need for discount lighting.

03. Why do I need an electrician?

     Unless you know what you are doing, you can cause great harm to your home or worse yet cause a fire. If your installation is not up to code, it may void your homeowners insurance.

04. Why are some of your lights so expensive?

     We want to feature lighting that you can not find at your local big box store. They can not or choose not to stock most of these items at discount prices.

05. How do I ask a question about installation?

     We provide a link that will help you find a contractor for installation. They in turn will be able to assist you. Your local electrical store should also be able to help.

 

06. Do You have lighting that is not on your web site?

     We have access to many times more lighting than we can put on our web site. We are always expanding our site. Should you have a special request; there is a good chance that we can help you. All our lighting is at dicount lighting prices. Use our "Contact Us" form.

07. Do you ship to international locations?

     No. Some of our lights are very fragile and heavy so we chose not to ship international.

08. How do I find a product that I am looking for?

     Simply enter a search phrase into the search box on the upper right  and hit the search button. If you can not find what you want, use the "contact us" form.

09. I know you sell lights at discount. Do you have sales on top of that?

     Yes. Our suppliers sometimes offer additional savings. We will share this with you and sometimes post it on the web site.
